What should you do if servicing is required?

If you have questions in relation to your product, you can contact the Revell Control Service Team catering for Germany by dialling the telephone number below during the following times (calls charged at the normal local rates):

Our customer service is there for your from Monday to Thursday from 8 am until 4 pm, and Friday from 8 am until 1 pm.
(The charges for land-line calls are charged in accordance with your telephone provider’s rates!)

Information on the complaint and repair ticket

Dear Customer,
If you should experience problems with your Revell Control product, please proceed as follows. Supplement the complaint and repair ticket (PDF) with the following information.

Compulsory information required:

  • All information under the customer/supplier address
  • For product: Product name and article number
  • Invoice/till receipt (in advance as a copy, per e-mail or fax)
  • Signature (sign the printed form and return together with the receipts)

Check list:

  • If possible, please provide us with a description of the problem
  • The information that you provide us will help us to find the problem and speeds up the process

Return number:
You will receive this after we have received the RRS form and a copy of the purchase receipt.

Return:
Please include the following documents with the return:

  • Complaint and Repair Ticket (please do not forget to sign)
  • Copy of the invoice/till receipt
  • Return number (please include on the return package in a easily visible place)
